cBRAILLE Exhibition

There is a free exhibition titled cBRAILLE which is currently showing in
Queens Park in Brisbane's CBD until July 25 2013  (open 7:30 am - 6:30 pm).

The inspiration for the project was a discovery by Rob Caslick, the
installation's creator, that "90% of people who are blind can see light."
Apparently, you walk inside a shipping container where braille comes to life
with the assistance of LED technology.

Visitors are encouraged to experience braille through light, touching the
braille display and listening to answers from RIDBC's teleschool students to
the question: "What does light mean to me?"
