Narbethong State Special School is a specialist school catering for students with a vision impairment. We offer an Early Childhood Developmental Program (ECDP) from birth to pre-Prep and a school-age program for students with a vision impairment and intellectual impairment from Prep to Year 12. Due to our specialist programs, students travel from all over the greater Brisbane area to attend Narbethong.
Our ECDP offers two programs for students with vision impairment in two age groups which are:

To attend Narbethong's school-age program, a student must be verified during their Prep year as having both:
- intellectual impairment; and
- vision impairment.
